MI-HOPE
MSHDA is pleased to announce a statewide competitive funding round to obtain subrecipients for an energy-efficiency program. The first funding round will provide up to $10 million dollars statewide via the Michigan Housing Opportunities Promoting Energy-Efficiency (MI-HOPE). Program which will be an extension of the Neighborhood Enhancement Program. At this time there are only six streets that are allowed to apply at this time: Beckwith, Maple, Washington, Grant, Division, and Center.
The portal to apply will ONLY be open during the dates below:
January 22, 2024 - January 29, 2024
February 26, 2024 - March 4, 2024
March 25, 2024 - April 1, 2024
