The City of Galesburg adopts this written public summary pursuant to the requirements of Section 4(4) of the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, 1976 PA 442 (“FOIA”) so that the public will understand the City’s Procedures and Guidelines for processing FOIA requests.   The link below is the complete copy of the Procedures and Guidelines as adopted by the City of Galesburg City Council.
